MECHANICAL DESIGN - DATA CENTER COOLING

LEVEL 1, LEVEL 2, AND LEVEL 3 ENERGY AUDITS

MEPFS TECHNICAL AUDIT

CHILLER AND PLANT OPERATIONAL SUPPORT

Technical and thermal assessment of a data center facility, including review of existing cooling systems, load conditions, and design considerations up to design-package level. Provided replacement strategies and practical upgrade options to improve cooling performance, reliability, and overall system suitability.

Delivery of Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 Energy Audits for commercial and high-rise buildings, covering major energy-consuming systems. Provided clearer visibility of energy performance, practical cost-saving opportunities, and a stronger basis for compliance, optimization, and capital planning.

Comprehensive technical assessment of a store's MEPFS systems, including document review, BMS log analysis, air-conditioning study, equipment testing, and condition validation. Established the asset baseline, identified key issues, and provided actionable findings for rectification, optimization, and technical decisions.

Preventive-maintenance support for chiller systems and related plant equipment, including inspection, operational checks, troubleshooting, and condition review of water-side and air-side components. Helped identify maintenance concerns, support corrective actions, and improve system readiness for more reliable and efficient performance.
